System-on-chip CMOS transceiver The ZWIR4501 from ZMDI is a fully integrated system-on-chip CMOS transceiver providing license-free multi-channel operation in the 868.3MHz (EU) and 902MHz to 928MHz (North America) ISM bands. With data rates up to 40 kbit/s and incorporated DSSS (direct sequence spread spectrum) technology, this low-power RF transceiver ensures reliable data transfer in hostile RF environments... High-accuracy motion sensor STMicroelectronics’ AIS226DS motion sensor is a two-axis in-plane accelerometer and senses acceleration up to ±6g, where one ‘g’ is the acceleration due to gravity.
